Femptie Team takes the next working day of your purchase to process your order and make it ready to go! We use a 100% recyclable craft package and stamp it with our logo and with our meaningful brand icons, accordingly with the cause that each one of your purchased brands represent. After placing your order inside a thoughtful package, we give it to our partner. The next step is the delivery to your chosen address point.



If your address is somewhere inside Portugal or our beautiful Islands, it can take between 1-2 working days to our shipping partner deliver it to you.



If your address is somewhere else in Europe, your order can take 3-5 working days to reach your door.



After your order has been placed and paid you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. To be able to track your order and change your delivery address on time you have to indicate us your phone number and email.

That information will be only used to delivery purposes.





Orders can be returned within a 30 days’ period. All you have to do is informing us of your intent of return & refund by an email to Please make sure you identify it properly:

  • Subject: the email subject needs to have the following information “Return and Refund | insert your code order here”;
  • At the attachments add and send us a proof of your purchase.

In either cases mentioned above you have to email us with your intent to return the product. Please specify your motivation behind your desire to return and refund. When you mention the motive we can help you in a more effective way. We will answer to your email in 1-2 working days, informing you if your purchased items are eligible for return. If you receive an affirmative answer you can send us the product back to us.

Once we receive it we will proceed to an inspection and analyse if it has all necessary requirements to a refund. After that verification, you will receive an email informing you if these requirements were met and if it is eligible for a refund.


If your product is approved as eligible for a refund, you will receive the same amount as the price you paid for your purchased item in your original method of payment.



  • Your item(s) have to be unused and in the same conditions you received them;
  • Intimate item(s) are not eligible for returns, neither refunds;
  • The item(s) have to maintain their original features and labels intact;
  • Item(s) on sale are not eligible to returns and refunds.



Includes these particular cases:  your product has a defect, or has been damaged before get to you or has been place incorrectly by our team in the package. So, you can apply for a refund. The procedure is the explained above, we are just adding the info about the initial costs. You will have to send your purchased item back to us on your account and responsibility, so please make sure you send your product with recorded delivery.

After receiving the item, it will be analysed to verify the complaint. After that verification, you will receive an email informing you if it is eligible for a refund. Once the refund has been approved, we will cover shipping expenses.

You will be refunded for the price you paid for your item and the shipping cost to return it to us, credit will be added on your original method of payment.

Please note: you should keep the receipt of the shipping that concerns the return of the product. In case of approval as eligible to a refund you will need to send that receipt to us.
